Paul J. Capotorto is the President of the firm. Mr. Capotorto has been trying cases on behalf of insurers and their insureds for over twenty-five years. He also devotes a portion of his professional practice to representing private individuals involved in litigation.
Mr. Capotorto also sits as a Municipal Court Judge for Brielle, Manasquan, Sea Girt. Upper Freehold, Avon and Neptune City. He has previously served as Public Defender for the Borough of Brielle and is the former Prosecutor of the Borough of Somerville and Raritan Township. He currently serves as President of the Monmouth Municipal Court Judges Association.
Mr. Capotorto is a member of the Ocean County Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association and New Jersey Defense Association.
